EduCore Cloud is a configurable operations platform for education businesses that need to manage students, parents, instructors, school staff, and headquarters administrators from one shared foundation.
The platform covers the full school operations cycle: application intake, trial lesson coordination, account provisioning, lesson and classroom scheduling, instructor shift management, course and product management, payment status, receivables, instructor rewards, and operational KPI dashboards. Each role receives a dedicated portal while shared data remains governed through centralized access control.
The system can be delivered with a student and parent portal optimized for SEO and mobile use, plus an administrator workspace built for dense daily operations. A TypeScript backend separates member-facing and administration APIs, with PostgreSQL for transactional data and Redis for queues, caching, and real-time workflows.
Communication and delivery functions are built into the same platform: broadcast messaging, family timelines, chat, VOD lesson distribution, online meeting integration, signage management, and AI-assisted Q&A for staff and members. The AI assistant retrieves from controlled knowledge sources and returns cited answers, improving support quality while keeping final decisions reviewable by staff.
